• An administrative fee may be charged if your balance remains inactive for 365 days

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive a bonus on their first deposit. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — a specified wagering requirement must be met first.

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the bet will be refunded
• If a match is cancelled during live betting, the bet will be voided and the stake returned
• Winnings resulting from a system error will be considered void
• 9xoo reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where incorrect odds were displayed
• If match-fixing is suspected in cricket or any other sport, payments will be held pending investigation

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 9xoo. If any such conduct is detected, the account will be immediately suspended and the balance may be forfeited.

1. Operating multiple accounts by the same individual or group
2. Abusing bonuses or deliberately circumventing wagering requirements
3. Use of fake or stolen identity documents
4. Hacking, phishing, or any other form of cybercrime
5. Attempting to deliberately manipulate game outcomes
6. Use of funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources
7. Placing bets or receiving payments through another person's account

• 9xoo will not be held liable for any losses resulting from internet disconnection or technical errors
• 9xoo is not liable for transaction delays caused by issues with third-party payment gateways
• 9xoo will not be liable for any account loss resulting from the user's own negligence
• No compensation will be provided for service disruptions caused by unforeseen natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions

• Any valid balance remaining after account closure can still be withdrawn, unless forfeited due to a rule violation
